“Congratulations to you and your team for arranging an excellent Forum.   Somehow you managed to assemble an outstanding group of distinguished veterans whose experience covered a very wide range of roles, types and air arms.   Their graphic descriptions were articulate and totally honest and the interest in their experiences is illustrated by the fact that we ran out of time long before we ran out of questions. 

 The organisation was first class and I am very grateful for your warm hospitality.   I am also grateful for the excellent book, which will keep me occupied for some time, but particularly for that lovely drawing of the Wellington and crew.   It was most unexpected but I have already cleared wallspace for it.   It will be a much valued reminder of a thoroughly enjoyable evening and I thank you very much indeed for your great kindness.”
